The Body Shop Holiday 2017 Collection

The Body Shop Holiday 2017 Collection

The Body Shop invites you this Holiday Season to Play for Peace, launching many playful gift sets full of goodies. Not only are these of great value, each purchased gift set from the Season Collection of The Body Shop helps refugee children play for one year at a safe place. In this post, I’m going to show you a small selection of the The Body Shop Holiday 2017 Collection.

The Body Shop has collaborated with International Alert to help young refugees feel like children again. Their mission is to create a peaceful world, a world where everyone can feel safe and happy. International Alert is especially working with Syrian refugee children, with the goal to give their smiles back. Buying a gift from The Body Shop Holiday 2017 Collection, helps finance the PEACE PLAY PROJECT, so that refugee children are able to have a safe place to play and to recover. The The Body Shop Values Gift Robot Money Box (€20,00 Euro) is filled with all kinds of fruity goodies, three Shower Gels (60 mL each) and three Lip Butters (10 mL each) in Mango, Strawberry and Coconut. The robot is made of tin and is also usable as a money box.

The The Body Shop Mask Sampler Set (€10,00 Euro) contains three sachets of the Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask, three Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask and three British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask, making it nine sachets in total  (5 mL each). The set is perfect to find your favorite mask type. The masks can be used individually, but is also perfect for multi-masking, applying each mask on a desired surface of the face. You also get a very cute Bunny Headband to keep your hair away from your face during your relaxing mask time.

The Body Shop also has got you covered for some party make-up. They have several products available in collaboration with House of Holland, a designer brand. One of these products is the Sparkling Body Shimmer Puff (€10,00 Euro/10 gr) to highlight the areas of the body like decolletage and shoulders. A few other holiday make-up products are the Metal Lip Liquid (€9,00 Euro/8 mL) and the Star Stamp Liner (€12,00 Euro/1,5 mL). I’m definitely going to review the liner and I’m really hoping that I will be receiving more shades of the liquid lipstick, so I can create an interesting review for that as well, stay tuned!

The The Body Shop x House of Holland collaboration also offers a few accessories like the Kiss My Lips Up Cosmetic Bag (€18,00 Euro. It is shaped like a lip, has a zipper and a hard cover with a perfect size to put in your handbag.  I love that the outside is hard, so everything that is inside will be safe.

Saving the best for last, The Body Shop also has five different Advent Calendars available for this Holiday Season. The one that I’ve received is the 24 Days Of Beauty Advent Calendar (€55,00 Euro). The total value of this Calendar is €104,00 Euro, so the value is almost double the price that you pay. This Advent Calendar is perfect for someone who isn’t familiar with The Body Shop products. It’s filled with 24 (mini) The Body Shop essentials. I’m not going to spoil what’s inside but if you’re curious, you can find the list here. I’m also going to open a door each day starting from December on my Instagram Stories so keep an eye out if you want to join in on the fun surprises.

As you can see, The Body Shop has many amazing gifts available for the Holiday Season, not only making yourself or someone else happy, you also support the PEACE PLAY PROJECT by purchasing one of the Holiday Gift Sets. This is just a fraction of what is available, so I would suggest to definitely check out TheBodyShop.nl or visit one of their stores. The The Body Shop Holiday 2017 Collection should be available as of now, but it might be that some products will be launched in the coming period.
