The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin range

Today’s the start of the month October, which means it’s time for Halloween and of course, anything Pumpkin! The Body Shop has a new Special Edition Vanilla Pumpkin bodycare range, inspired by freshly baked goodies and contains a beautiful mix of fall aroma’s. I’m going to show you two of the products in the range, which are the The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Hand Cream and the  Vanilla Pumpkin Body Butter.

The The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin range consists of four products in total, the Hand Cream and Body Butter that I’m showing you today, as well as a Shimmer Mist and Shower Gel. These products have a typical Pumpkin scent, Vanilla from Madagascar and also has hints of Tonka Bean, Hazelnut and Ahorn Syrup. These products are all 100% Vegetarian.

The The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Hand Cream  (€5,50/30 mL) comes in a squeezable tube and has a very festive orange packaging. It has a nice size to put in a handbag and to take it everywhere with you.

The hand cream has a nice, thin consistency and blends into the skin without the feeling of a sticky residue. My hands feel soft and nicely moisturized after using this hand cream. I feel like the scent of this product leans more towards Candy Vanilla than Pumpkin and smells extremely sweet, so best to avoid if you don’t like scents that are too sweet. I like it though, it is quite strong but smells natural.

The The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Body Butter  (€16,00/200 mL) comes in a jar with and the same festive orange packaging. The ribbon on the image really makes it look like a fun, festive gift for the coming holidays.

I always love the consistency of the The Bodyshop Body Butters. This one is slightly on the thinner side but still feels nice and buttery, which easily spreads on my skin and leaves a soft and thin layer on my skin, making it look and feel more hydrated. I love the scent in this one, the Pumpkin scent comes much more through here and still has that sweet and warm Vanilla scent as well.

I’m completely obsessed by the The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin range. I’m definitely going to stock up on the Body Butter, my skin definitely needs some good hydration during the coming Fall/Winter period. Bakery type of scents are my favorite and this is absolutely amazing and right in my alley. I can’t get enough of it and I keep smelling my arm because it’s just too good! I’m also going to check out the Shower Gel and stock up on that too if it also leans more towards the Pumpkin scent.
