The Filorga Pore-express Regulating Primer has a lightweight, silicone-based texture that is lightly scented. It feels refreshing and absorbs immediately on the skin, leaving a smooth and matte looking surface.
Here is a before (clean skin with moisturizer) and after using the Filorga Pore-express Regulating Primer. I’m personally prefer a dewy look but I have to say that the primer makes my skin look absolutely flawless! I’m very impressed with how smooth my skin looks and matte without looking dull.
Step two: Even out skin tone using Filorga Flash Nude Fluid
The Filorga Flash Nude Fluid (€36,40 Euro/30 mL) is described as a tinted fluid that contains skin-fusion micro-pigments for an instant flawless skin effect. The product has a buildable, radiant and natural coverage. When used on a daily basis, additional ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid help smooth and even out skin over time. I’ve received the Filorga Flash Nude Fluid in the shade 02 Nude Gold. The product has a thin, runny but creamy texture that is lightly scented. It leaves a very thin layer onto the skin and has a subtle, radiant finish that feels dry to the touch.
Here is a before (using the primer) and after using the Filorga Flash Nude Fluid in 02 Nude Gold, which is the darkest of the three shades available. As you can see, the shade is a bit too dark for me at the moment, but I do think this would match me during the Summer period.
I really hope that the brand is planning to come out with a broader shade range because this product is amazing! I love the finish and it looks like my own skin. The product has a sheer coverage, you can still see my rosy cheeks but looks beautiful for evening out the rest of my skin. It feels moisturizing and very comfortable on my skin.
Step three: Perfect using Filorga Flash Nude Powder
The Filorga Flash Nude Powder (€36,40 Euro/6,2 gr) is described as a translucent powder which invisibly melts into skin to blur irregularities, even out the complexion and mattifies the skin. Using the powder on a frequent basis helps to smooth skin texture, tighten pores and gives a more radiant and even complexion due to the addition of a regenerating marine active ingredient. The powder is suitable for all skin types and tones.
Unfortunately, the brand doesn’t have the full ingredients list available online.
Here is a before (using the fluid and concealer) and after using the Filorga Flash Nude Powder. I used the powder to set my concealer and overall on my entire face. I think the powder looks slightly ashy on me, especially under the eyes so I think this wouldn’t be a suitable product for setting concealer when you have a medium to dark skin tone. I don’t know if it would look ashy when using it as an overall powder when you have a darker skin tone than me but I feel like it unfortunately would. Also, I’ve tried taking a picture using flash and it does have a flashback, so the powder isn’t suitable for flash photography.
Aside from the ashy-ness and the flashback, the powder does blur and mattify my skin but I personally don’t think it’s very special.
Here are all the Filorga base products combined with the rest of my make-up. I have to say that my base does look absolutely flawless. I’m really impressed by the Filorga Pore-express Regulating Primer and the Flash Nude Fluid. These products make my skin look really beautiful and perfect. They feel comfortable on my skin and I would love to wear these on a daily basis with a simple make-up look.
If you don’t mind silicone and looking for a mattifying, smoothing primer, you should definitely check out the Filorga Pore-express Regulating Primer. I would also highly recommend to check out the Filorga Flash Nude Fluid if you’re looking for a sheer coverage product with a natural finish.
