BECCA Ultimate Lipstick Love Review

BECCA has launched the Ultimate Lipstick Love line, consisting of highly pigmented, rich moisture lipsticks infused with hydrating ingredients for a smooth application and comfortable wear, available in 30 shades. I’m going to show and review two of the BECCA Ultimate Lipstick Love in today’s post.

The BECCA Ultimate Lipstick Love comes in a metallic gold tube with a magnetic seal, containing 3.3 grams of product. The product feels nicely heavy and very luxurious. The shades of the lipsticks are categorized by undertones, Warm (W), Neutral (N) and Cool (C) to help you find your perfect nude and red lip.  I have the shades Truffle (W) and Sorbet (C).

Here are swatches of the shades Truffle (W) and Sorbet (C). The lipstick is infused with Hyaluronic Acid which hydrates and smooths the appearance of lips while Avocado and Olive Oil nourishes the lips and provides comfortable. These are described to have a Silky Satin finish but personally, I find these to have a Creme finish because they’re so shiny.

The lipsticks swatch evenly and smoothly onto the skin and are intensely pigmented. The products have a sweet, bakery scent which is quite strong so if you have a problem with scented products, this might not be something for you.

Ultimate Lipstick Love in Truffle (W)

The BECCA Ultimate Lipstick Love in Truffle (W) is described as a Warm Rosy Nude shade. The lipstick applied very smoothly and even. I feel like I have a Warm undertone, but Neutral shades flatter me as well. I really love how beautiful this nude shade looks on me. It’s a perfect everyday nude.

Ultimate Lipstick Love in Sorbet (C)

The BECCA Ultimate Lipstick Love in Sorbet(C) is described as a Cool Medium Pink shade. This lipstick applied very smoothly and even as well. Here you can definitely see that a Cool undertone one me looks very different. I still love how it looks but it isn’t nude or as flattering on me compared to the shade with a Warm undertone.

I absolutely am obsessed with the BECCA Ultimate Lipstick Love lipsticks. I even think this is the best lipstick formula I’ve ever tried, because it has everything I want. It smells great, has a beautiful glossy looking finish, applies super smooth and feels slippery and comfortable. There might be problems with bleeding because the lipstick is so thin and slippery but I didn’t experience any problems with that, and a lip liner should help if needed. The lipstick of course does transfer but fades away very evenly.

The product makes my lips look so juicy and healthy, I can’t wait to try more of the shades. If you love a glossy looking lipstick, you should definitely check these lipsticks out. The line offers a variety of nude and red shades for each undertone, so it will be easy to find your perfect nudes and reds.
