Too Faced Tutti Frutti Collection Review

Too Faced introduces the new Tutti Frutti Collection, consisting of a range of make-up products inspired by the luscious and bright colors of real fruit. Not only do the products look fun and sparkling, they are also fruit scented! For today’s post, I’m going to review a selection of products available in the Too Faced Tutti Frutti Collection.

Too Faced Tutti Frutti It’s Bananas Brightening Setting Powder

The Too Faced Tutti Frutti It’s Bananas Brightening Setting Powder (€27,99/10,5 gr) is a banana-scented powder that is supposed to brighten and blur for a smooth and soft-focused skin. This powder can be used to set and brighten the under eyes or as a matte highlighter for skin with golden undertones.

The compact is extremely cute, with sketched bananas on the outside and one on the mirror inside the compact. The powder also has a bunch of bananas scattered through the surface that have a slight more yellow-ish hue, which aren’t an overspray.

The Too Faced Tutti Frutti It’s Bananas Brightening Setting Powder comes in one shade called Banana Cream and has a subtle yellow tint to brighten with a matte finish. The product feels very soft and silky. I really enjoy the scent of this powder, it does smell like sweet bananas but for some reason, it also reminds me of jasmine. The scent is very subtle and I only notice it when I really have it up close to my nose.

Too Faced Tutti Frutti Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo

The Too Faced Tutti Frutti Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo (€27,99/6,32 gr) consists a blush and highlighter shade that can be blended and used together or on their own for a customized look, from subtle and sweet to sexy and sparkling.

These come in four different shades, each having their own unique exterior and scent. I’ve received the shade Strobeberry, which has sketched strawberries and stars on the outside and a strawberry on the mirror inside the compact. The compact is divided in two parts, the left side contains the highlighter and the blush shade on the right side.

Here are swatches of the Too Faced Tutti Frutti Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo in Strobeberry‘s individual shades. The highlighter has a metallic-like finish filled with shimmers. The blush also has a shimmery finish, but is much more subtle and looks more like a sheen. I’ve unfortunately forgot to blend and swatch how these products look together, but it basically looks like it has the finish of the highlighter on the left, with the color of the blush on the right.

The powders feel soft and have a buildable pigment that can be easily diffused. The product has a subtle, sweet strawberry scent which is again, only noticeable during application or when I’m holding the compact close to my nose.

Too Faced Tutti Frutti Pineapple Paradise Strobing Bronzer Highlighting Duo

The Too Faced Tutti Frutti Pineapple Paradise Strobing Bronzer Highlighting Duo (€27,99/8 gr) consists a highlighter and bronzer shade that can be blended and used together or on their own for a customized look to create a sunkissed and healthy looking skin.

The compact has a golden glittery background with pineapples on the outside and a pineapple on the mirror inside the compact. The compact is divided in two parts, the left side contains the highlighter and the bronzer shade on the right side.

The Too Faced Tutti Frutti Pineapple Paradise Strobing Bronzer Highlighting Duo comes in one shade, which is Pineapple Sun. The highlighter has a strong reflective finish. The bronzer has a very subtle sheen that gives a faint glow. I’ve unfortunately forgot to blend and swatch how these products look together, a more bronzed version of the highlighter.

The powders feel soft and have a buildable pigment that can be easily diffused. The product has a subtle, pineapple scent which reminds me more of piña colada, only noticeable during application or having the compact close to my nose.

Here is a before (left) and after (right) picture using all the mentioned products of the Too Faced Tutti Frutti Collection. I used the It’s Bananas Brightening Setting Powder to set my undereye concealer and my T-zone area, the Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo in Strobeberry using the blush shade on the apples of my cheeks and the highlighter shade as a blush topper, and the Pineapple Paradise Strobing Bronzer Highlighting Duo using the bronzer shade to warm up the face on the highest points of my cheeks, nose and forehead and the highlighter shade on the highest points of my cheeks, inner corners of my eyes, the bridge of my nose and on my cupids bow.

I really love these products of the Too Faced Tutti Frutti Collection. Using them all together, they really gave a lot more shape, life and vibrancy to my face. I really feel like I’m glowing and more healthy looking. The packaging looks amazing and the products have a great quality combined pleasant scents.  I would definitely suggest to check out the collection if you like fun packaging and enjoy brightening, colorful and glowing face products.

The It’s Bananas Brightening Setting Powder set my undereyes nicely and kept my concealer looking bright. It also didn’t make my skin look dry. I do think this can look ashy on deeper skin tones but it should be fine for medium to lighter skin tones. This is also has my favorite scent of the Tutti Frutti Collection products.

The Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo in Strobeberry has a beautiful shade combination that perfectly compliments my skin tone. I really like that I’m able to use the shades individually, since I’m a more subtle blush user so the shimmery side isn’t what I would go for but I do have to say the combination looks beautifully glowing in pictures.

The Strobing Bronzer Highlighting Duo is my favorite product of all three. I think the highlighter shade looks absolutely radiant and strong, but can also be diffused and applied with a light hand. I was afraid of the bronzer shade because I prefer a matte finish, but the sheen is so subtle that it isn’t very noticeable so it gives a beautiful warm and radiant glow to the face without looking shimmery.
