Urban Decay Haul + Make-up Look

The return of Urban Decay to the Netherlands has been a huge hit. On the day of return, the Ici Paris XL website was flooded with people who wanted to get their hands on all the latest Urban Decay products. I was one of those people who ordered like a crazed maniac and today, I would like to share what I’ve purchased and also created a look using these products.

Urban Decay has some amazing must-haves which I haven’t tried yet like the Urban Decay Primer Potion. It is known as one of the best primers to use for your lid to prevent creasing, intensifies the colour of eyeshadows and makes it last longer. That was of course the first thing that I put in my shopping cart. I’ve also heard amazing things about the Urban Decay All Nighter Make-up Setting Spray, which sets your make-up to keep your make-up lasting longer throughout the day. There also has been a lot of buzz around the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer. It is supposed to conceal imperfections, feel weightless and give a natural and skin-like finish.

I’ve also purchased the Naked 24/7 Glide-on Double-Ended Eye Pencil in Naked 3. The colours are called Darkside and Blackheart. I’m already very familiar with the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencils. They are my favorite type of Eye pencils, since they very comfortable to use and stay put all day long. Because I was one of the first 50 people who placed an order above €75 Euros, I’ve received a free Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette as a gift. I already own this palette, it’s is one of my favorite pallets of all time. There are five matte shades and one shimmery shade in this palette, a perfect base for an every-day make-up look. I will keep this palette as a back-up or might use this for a giveaway someday.

Here is the eye look that I’ve created using the Urban Decay Primer Potion, the Naked Basics Palette and the Naked 24/7 Glide on Pencil in Naked 3. If you want me to make a tutorial for this look, let me know!

My apologies for my reddish eyes. It’s hay fever time again, so my eyes have been very itchy and puffy lately.

Here is the full make-up look. I used the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in the colour Medium Light underneath my eyes and as a highlight on my forehead, nose and chin. I did not use any powder on top of the concealer or anywhere else on my face. I did put on some blush. I’ve used the Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in  Rush and set everything using the All Nighter Make-up Setting Spray. So far, I’m really enjoying all the products that I’ve purchased. You can make a beautiful every day “Naked” look using these products.

I will probably review some of these products on the blog in more detail, if you want to have a review of a certain product, let me know in the comments. Have you already purchased something from Urban Decay since they’ve been back in the Netherlands?

Cheers,

Lariesa

I’ve been out of the Netherlands lately so I didn’t know they opened an outlet. I will definitely pay a visit to the UD store now that I know! 😀 I love their setting spray!
