FOTD: New Year’s Eve 2015

Hi everyone. I just wanted to quickly show you all my Face of the Day and outfit for New Year’s Eve 2015. I always love to go all-out during the Holidays and New Year’s with heavy eye make-up and glitter. I’m also going to show you my outfit of the day.

Since I want to have the focus on my eyes, I kept my base very neat, simple and radiant.

Products used for my face:

For my eyes, I really went all out and tried out experimented with new techniques. I wanted to try out a cut-crease, and tried to use tape for a sharp line. I’m really proud how this eye look turned out.

I apologize for the right picture, the camera wouldn’t focus on my back. I’m wearing a long, tight, glittery black dress from H&M. Unfortunately, you can’t really see the glitters in the pictures. The dress has long sleeves and is completely covered in front. The back is open, and has a slit on the bottom part. I’m not sure which shoes I’m going to wear so I just grabbed some pumps that were close by.

I’m also keeping the accessories simple. I’m not wearing any earrings, only a long, light gold necklace with a Chloé Perfume Charm. The back of the dress also has a light gold lining to keep dress from falling off the the shoulders.

I want to wish everyone a happy new year and the best wishes for 2016. I started my blogging adventure in 2015, and I’m so happy I did. I really appreciate all of you and feel really lucky to have such lovely and amazing readers. I hope you will join me further in my blogging adventures in 2016.
