Fortune Cookie Soap Box Summer 2016

I have another unboxing of the Fortune Cookie Soap Box. This is a seasonal subscription box from the brand Fortune Cookie Soap, a store based in the US which sells hand-made bath & products. You can compare their products to Lush. I have made a few unboxing posts of this box, which you can find here. The limited edition FCS collections always have the cutest themes inspired by things such as Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, A Nightmare Before Christmas and and so on. The theme of the Fortune Cookie Soap Box Summer 2016 is named “Just Keep Swimming”, inspired by the Disney movie Finding Nemo.

Kylie Lipkit in Candy K and Posie K

The most hyped liquid lipsticks of all time are without a doubt the Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits. Kylie Jenner has started the matte lip trend and it has been going strong for years. I’m personally not a fan of the whole Kardashian clan, but as a fellow make-up enthusiast I have to say that I have a lot of respect for her creating her own lip products line at the age of 18. That said, I was curious to try out her lip kits and purchased the Kylie Lipkit in Candy K and Posie K.

MUA Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquer – New shades 2016

MUA has added new and colorful shades to their MUA Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquer range. These six shades are named Tranquility, Zest, Vivacity, Moxie, Reckless and Kooky. I’ve never tried the MUA Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquers before and since I’m a liquid lipstick hoarder, I was very excited to have received these shades for a review.

Essence bloggers’ beauty secrets

One of things you don’t see often on my blog are drugstore brands. I’ve also never shown you any press information either but I wanted make an exception for this release because it is close to my heart. Essence has collaborated with four bloggers to create the limited edition bloggers’ beauty secrets collection. I was very proud to see that European bloggers, including “our own” Serena Verbon from Beautylab.nl has been working with this brand to create a palette and a nail polish. I’m going to tell you more about this collection down below.
