The Smoky Eye is a classic make-up look that can be achieved in may different ways. It is a perfect look for an evening out and for the Holiday Season. The Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette is perfect for creating smoky eyes but in my opinion, is one of the least talked about Naked Palettes. There are even rumors that the palette is going to be discontinued but for now, it looks like it’s still going to be available in stores.
