The Body Shop Cactus Blossom

I’m always a big fan of the The Body Shop Body Butters, the creamy consistency is perfect for my dry skin type. The product leaves my skin feeling nicely moisturized and soft. The Cactus Blossom scent is absolutely amazing. I’m normally not a fruity/flowery type of person but this scent smells so lively and fresh, while still smelling a bit creamy due to the body butter.

The Body Shop Cactus Blossom

The The Body Shop Body Yogurts are a fairly new, which were introduced last year (review here). The gel-cream consistency feels lightweight, can be used on damp and dry skin and is absorbed immediately. Applying the body yogurt also feels very refreshing, which makes it perfect for hot, Summer days. I normally find the scents in the Body Yogurts too strong but the Cactus Blossom version smells absolutely great, slightly stronger and less creamy compared to the Body Butter but still very pleasant, uplifting and refreshing.

The Body Shop Cactus Blossom Body Scrub

The Body Shop Cactus Blossom

The The Body Shop Cactus Blossom Body Scrub has a lightweight, gel consistency containing Raspberry Seeds. I personally think that the seeds don’t do much, because the scrub also contains Hydrated Silicawhich is an abrasive component also used in toothpaste. I can feel the small particles when rubbing the scrub on my skin, feeling a bit like sand. Rinsing off the scrub leaves my skin feeling soft and exfoliated. It seems like the scent smells extra juicy and delicious in this product.

The Body Shop Cactus Blossom

The Body Shop Cactus Blossom Shower Gel nicely foams and can easily be distributed onto the skin, leaving my skin feel refreshed and clean after use. I feel like scent is more zesty in this product, which makes it extra invigorating and refreshing in the shower.

The Body Shop Cactus Blossom

I’m absolutely loving the The Body Shop Cactus Blossom products. I really thought I would dislike the line looking at the description because I’m normally not a fan of fruity/floral scents. I’m happy that I was wrong. The scent is exotic, sweet and juicy, without being overly strong or too sweet. I think this is a perfect scent for Summer and I would highly recommend to smell the scent yourself.

The Special Edition The Body Shop Cactus Blossom line is available at TheBodyShop.nl and The Body Shop stores.

I love the body shop! I really have to stop myself from buying the whole shop when I go visit. I might just buy the whole line next time I go
