Hi everyone! My apologies for not posting for way too long. The year of 2019 didn’t start with any resolutions for me and instead, I’ve been struggling to find motivation to create content in combination with some personal issues that I’m going through at the moment.
I’m happy to finally post something again on my blog and before getting into new reviews, I want to reflect back on last year and show you my Favorite Beauty Products of 2018. These are products that I loved and used most in that year. It’s quite a long post so grab a drink and enjoy!
Favorite Cleansers and Skincare
Favorite Cleansers – I use cleansers on a daily basis but because I receive so many products, I like to empty everything I get and not buy anything new, even if isn’t very special for my skin. This means that there are a ton of products that I reviewed and liked last year, but didn’t use because I’m trying to empty others. There are some exceptions like make-up removers that I really enjoy and always re-purchase. These are products that I keep buying or enjoyed using.
Garnier SkinActive Micellair Cleansing Water – I love this cleanser to remove make-up! I use a cotton pad soaked in this product to remove most of the make-up on my eyes and lips, before washing the rest of my face using another cleanser. It smells great, feels soft and works like a charm to remove long-lasting products.
Etos Eye Make-up Remover Pads Oil – These cotton pads were recommended by a colleague many years ago and it has been a favorite ever since. These pads are THE BEST to remove long-lasting liquid lipsticks and waterproof products. I use these constantly when I do multiple lipswatches in one day. I don’t even need to rub when using these pads. I just press one on my lips and softly wipe away the make-up using a tissue. Seriously, it’s the best product ever.
Favorite Skincare – I’m a very lazy skincare user. I sporadically use skincare, only for a longer period when I need to review the products. The only time that I really use skincare is before applying make-up, since a good, moisturized base is perfect for foundation. These are the products that I kept using throughout the year for that purpose.
L’Occitane Aqua Réotier Moisture Prep Essence and Ultra Thirst-Quenching Cream (review here) – I love to combine these products before applying make-up. I often don’t use primer anymore when using this combination. The Essence helps to lock-in extra moisture while the Cream hydrates the skin. It creates a perfect base for make-up, smells and feels beautifully.
Favorite Primers, Foundations and Concealers
Favorite Primers – Basically, my favorite primers are those that are moisturizing and/or those that create a tacky layer. With a tacky layer, I feel like the foundation applied on top is distributed more evenly. I also sometimes use pore-filling primers but I only use those on special occasions like events.
NYX Professional Makeup Honey Dew Me Up – This primer was also in my 2017 favorites. It looks cool, smells great, feels refreshing and leaves a tacky layer.
Favorite Foundation and Concealer – I have a dry to combination skin (slightly oily T-zone) and for foundations, I like to look dewy without looking oily on my T-zone with a light to medium coverage. For concealers, I like to have a full coverage finish. I only use concealer underneath my eyes since I don’t have a lot of blemishes.
Tarte Shape Tape Hydrating Foundation (review here) and Shape Tape Contour Concealer (review here) – I used this combination mostly in the first half of 2018. I love the Hydrating Foundation. It completely dries but leaves a sheen, which looks very natural and is also buildable in coverage. The Concealer has an amazing coverage and has definitely been a favorite however, it can look dry underneath the eyes.
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation (review here) and Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer – I used this combination mostly in the second half of 2018. The Foundation is another staple that has been a favorite for many years. This is in my opinion, a medium to full coverage foundation, doing a great job in looking natural while having a good coverage. The Concealer is my all-new favorite. It is comparable the tarte shape tape concealer but non-drying and more natural looking, which is a better match for my dry skin type.
Lancôme Skin Feels Good Hydrating Skin Tint (review here) – A beautiful product for those natural looking make-up days! It has some decent coverage for a skin tint and makes my skin look luminous and healthy.
Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream (not shown, review here) – A long time favorite! This BB Cream is recommended for a Combination to Oily Skin Type but I actually am obsessed with this product for the Summer period. This BB Cream looks so natural on my skin, looks matte but doesn’t make my skin look flat.
Favorite Powders, Bronzers and Blushes
Favorite Powders – What I like in a powder is something that sets my under without creasing and that doesn’t give any flashback. I also like it when a powder blurs out the skin. Since I have a dry to combination skin type, a powder doesn’t need to stay matte.
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder – This is basically the only powder I use for the entire year. It does make my undereyes look slightly dry but it does a good job looking natural and blurs out imperfections slightly. I used this underneath my eyes (both soft setting and baking) and sometimes, on my T-zone whenever I think it is needed.
Favorite Bronzers – I really like bronzers that give warmth to the skin for a sun-kissed look, without looking too orange. I also prefer matte bronzers.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer – Another product that has been a staple for years. The Hoola Bronzer is a perfect shade to create that beautiful sun-kissed look. For me, it is easy to use and fool-proof.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer – This bronzer has a subtle shimmer but looks beautifully natural. I’m a huge fan of Hourglass powder products in general and this is no exception. The bronzer looks absolutely amazing in combination with a natural look however, I don’t like how it looks in picture for some reason. I have the shade Radiant Bronze Light.
MAC Cosmetics Powder Blush in Taupe – In 2018, I went to a make-up Masterclass by Sir John, known to be the Make-up Artist of Beyoncé. He used this cool-toned product on the models to sculpt their faces. I of course had to buy everything he used during the Masterclass and this one became an instant favorite. I love to use this “blush” to slightly sculpt (aka contour) my face in a very subtle way. It is also perfect for nose contouring.
Favorite Blushes – I’m not a huge fan of blushes and no blush even made it to my 2017 favorites. I really had to learn how to like them and now, I can’t imagine not using blush anymore. I’m someone who really loves a extremely subtle, natural looking blush but even when applied in a subtle way, it gives a more healthy look to the face. This means for me, that blushes don’t need a lot of pigment but do need to have a natural finish.
NARSissist WANTED I Cheek Palette (review here) – NARS has a beautiful range of blushes in all kinds of shades and finishes. This palette has a beautiful range of shades with a natural looking finish and are easily buildable.
NARS Orgasm Blush – This is of course one of the most popular products of the brand. Funnily, this is not a natural looking blush but I love how this looks in pictures, because it has quite a strong glow, bringing the cheeks more forward.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blushes – I’m not going to discuss a specific shade, these are hands-down the best blushes on the market. These look like a natural flush and gives your skin a perfect radiance. I really wish that the brand was more easily available in The Netherlands because I would love to expand my collection even more.
Favorite Highlighters
Favorite Highlighters – I’m a huge fan of highlighters that look ultra glossy and dewy. I really don’t like highlighters that are too shimmery because I prefer something more natural looking like the skin is glowing from within.
Jouer Skinnydip Powder Highlighter – The shade Skinnydip was a favorite of last year. I purchased another shade, Rose Gold and again fell in love with the beautiful formula. These highlighters look glossy and can be built up for a beautiful intense effect.
Dose of Colors Supreme Glow Highlighter in Fuego (review here) – A beautiful, glossy looking highlighter with an amazing exterior as well. I love to use this product when I have a tan. This product originally was launched in 2017 but was re-released in 2018 because I was definitely not the only one who absolutely loved this product.
Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops in Sunlight (review here) – This is a liquid highlighter that I love to use on its own in combination with a natural look but it can also be used as a base before applying a powder highlight for an extreme highlight effect. This product just blends into the skin beautifully, looking strong and natural at the same time.
NARS Orgasm Illuminating Loose Powder (review here) – I’m usually not a fan of loose powders but man, this product is insanely beautiful. It has a rosy-nude shade with an amazing sheen that can be used for multiple purposes, such as using it as an eyeshadow or as a highlighter.
MAC Cosmetics Whisper of Gilt Extra Dimension Skin Finish (review here) – I got this at the end of 2017 and I kept loving it in 2018. The product has such a perfect shade for my skin and the effect is gorgeously glossy looking. This was a Limited Edition but the shade is often re-launched.
Favorite Eyeshadow Palettes
Favorite Eyeshadow Palettes – I’m just going tell you this up straight. I’m a boring girl when it comes to eyeshadows. I’m addicted to nudes so brown and neutral shades are my thing. I do love different finishes like mattes and intense shimmers but overall, I like to wear natural or smokey looks with sometimes a pop of color.
Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette – A favorite before I even started my blog almost four years ago. The shades are beautiful, pigmented, easy to use and smell deliciously like cocoa. If I want to do something easy and quick, I usually grab this palette.
Dose of Colors Friendcation Eyeshadow Palette (review here) – I think that the Desi x Katy collab with Dose of Colors have been the best influencer collaboration ever. These girls know how to create something beautiful and usable for a huge crowd of people. This palette is so easy to use, with all the neutral you need to combine with a pop of color. Everything is absolutely amazing in this palette, from the nude mattes to the blinding shimmery shades.
NARS WANTED Eyeshadow Palette (review here) – NARS has seriously stepped up their eyeshadow game this year. This palette is a nude lovers dream! The eyeshadows have a beautiful formula with all kinds of finishes to create a range of looks, from a basic everyday look to a dazzling party look.
NARS Provocateur Eyeshadow Palette (swatches here) – This palette has the most amazing packaging and the best eyeshadow formula I’ve ever tried. It is unfortunately a Limited Edition product I think a lot of shades are similar to what they already have in their permenent single eyeshadow range, which I think have the same beautiful formula.
TheBalm Meet Matt(e) Nude – This palette only contains nude matte shades, which are perfect for creating everyday looks, smoky looks and has the perfect base shades to compliment shimmery shades on the lids. I love to use this palette when I want to create a classic matte look combined with a winged liner.
Urban Decay Beached Eyeshadow Palette (review here) – This is such a cute and summery palette. I loved to use this during the summer period, the pigmentation of the shadows are great and it has the perfect neutral shades combined with the most beautiful blue shades.
NABLA The Matte Collection Eyeshadows (review here) – I seriously fell in love with this brand in 2018! The NABLA eyeshadows have an amazing formula and the eyeshadows of this collection have a beautiful range in shades, from cool to warm tones to create a perfect base for any type of look, or of course can be worn on their own. These are technically single shadows so you can get these separately but you can also buy a bundle like I received to fit in a palette.
Favorite Single (Cream) Eyeshadows, Eyepencils and Eyeliners
Favorite Single (Cream) Eyeshadows – When it comes to single eyeshadows, I usually am very strict because I don’t think they’re very handy to have. I’d rather have single shadows that is meant to be in a customized magnetic pan rather than a loose shadow in a compact. So they need to be very special for me to keep. Cream Eyeshadows on the other hand I love to use matte shades as a base or when they’re shimmery, as an easy to use lid shade.
Bobbi Brown Luxe Eyeshadow in Heat Ray (review here) – I fell in love with this eyeshadow on the first use and never stopped loving it. This shade made me want to buy the entire range and so far, I think I already have 8 different shades now. Heat Ray is still my favorite shade. These eyeshadows can be used wet and dry and have such a perfect looking, glossy finish. I think these are really special when it comes to the finish and eterior. I still can’t get enough of them.
Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow – The best and the most easy way to use glitter. I always avoided using glitter because it was such a mess to use. This cream product is completely packed with glitter which doesn’t fallout to easily create a glittery eyeshadow look. It also stays on all day without any glitter fallout. This is my go-to product when I want to look glamorous without having to think of something. My favorite shades are Rose Gold Retro and Kitten Karma.
NABLA Metalglam Metallic Liquid Eyeshadows (review here) – These products are comparable to the Stila liquid eyeshadows. These have a metallic finish and are super easy to use to create a striking and long-lasting eyeshadow look.
Favorite Eyepencils and Eyeliners – I have very troublesome eyes, they are extremely watery so I need an eyepencil that stays on the waterline, which is easier said than done. I also like to use eyepencils for my lashline, which have to be creamy. For liquid eyeliners, I want a product that doesn’t dry when using and doesn’t smudge on my watery eyes. I always prefer to use something in a pen form rather than something in a pot combined with a brush.
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Deviant – I like the glide-on pencils from the brand but I especially love the shade Deviant. It is a beautiful metallic blue shade which creates a perfect pop of blue on the waterline. I loved to use this during the Summer period.
Vasanti Kajal Waterline Eyeliner in Intense Black – This black eyeliner is the first that I’ve ever tried that actually stays on my waterline for longer than an hour. I received this in one of my Ipsy Glam Bags so I’m really happy that I got one in my bag! I still have plenty left necause I only use it on my waterline from time to time, but I hope I can find it again when it’s empty because it is an absolute must-have for me!
NYX Epic Ink Liner in Black – This beautiful, intensely black liner has a perfect brush tip and even though it isn’t waterproof, it is quite long lasting. The brush tip is very precise and doesn’t dry when applying the liner on eyeshadow.
Marc Jacobs Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon in (Earth)quake) – I purchased this during my holiday because I heard so many great things about this product, and they’re absolutely true! This product is super creamy and intensely pigmented. It doesn’t stay on my waterline for the entire day but it is definitely long-lasting!
Favorite Eyebrow Products
Favorite Eyebrow Products – I think that eyebrows are the most important part of the face to define and shape. Unfortunately, I have the most difficult eyebrows, which are sparse, long and face downwards. I also don’t have the time or patience to work on them so what I look for in an eyebrow product is that it has to fill-in quickly and is easy to use.
Inglot AMC Brow Liner Gel combined with Duraline – This brow product is very intense but is super easy to use and lasts all day. A little goes a long way and because this product is so intense, I love to thin it out using Duraline. This combination creates the most beautiful eyebrows. You can probably create a more natural brow using brush strokes with this product, but I’m too lazy to do so.
Benefit Cosmetics Foolproof Brow Powder (review here) – This powder is absolutely perfect to create a natural looking brow. It’s so easy, quick and I love to use this on an everyday basis to make my brows look fuller. I use the shade No. 5.
Benefit Gimme Brow – This is a brow-volumizing fiber gel that has a tint to define the eyebrow hairs. My eyebrow hairs usually disappear when I use eyebrow products because I fill the area in completely. This product makes my eyebrow hairs stand out, look more full and fix them into place, everything I want in a brow gel! I use the shade No. 3.
Favorite Mascaras and False Lashes
Favorite False Lashes – I have hooded eyes so a lot of lashes are too big for me. I sometimes do use bigger and fuller lashes for a close-up shot on my Instagram, but that doesn’t look very flattering in real life. I like lashes that look more natural and wispy and when I’m wearing a heavier look, bigger lashes that still look natural and wispy with enough empty spaces in between so that the eyeshadow is still visible.
Lulu Lashes in Babydoll – These are Cruelty-free Mink lashes that have a medium length and look nicely wispy and natural. It has a beautiful flared out style and has a nice volume without being too dense.
Ardell Wispies – My go-to, holy-grail lashes. The shape and length are both perfect for my eyes to create some extra volume. It is beautifully wispy, looks natural and blends in with my natural lashes perfectly.
Favorite Mascaras – My lashes are of a decent length and stay up on their own, but are extremely sparse. What I’m looking for in a good mascara is creating volume and most importantly, something that separates the eyelashes while still creating that volume. I don’t like to use waterproof mascara and I don’t expect a mascara to be completely non-tranferring, but I would like to have minimum smudging as possible.
NARS CLIMAX Mascara (review here) – This mascara already looks amazing and luxurious when it comes to its packaging. The product separates my lashes beautifully and gives them nice volume without looking clumpy. It is also nicely buildable and has a matte black finish.
NYX Professional Makeup Worth The Hype Mascara (review here) – This mascara is super easy to build up and gives, length and separate my lashes beautifully, but one coat is already perfect for a natural look. It does smudge a bit on my lower lashes but there is also a waterproof version of this mascara, which I don’t mind using on my bottom lashes.
Favorite Lipbalms and Lipglosses
Favorite Lipbalms – I’m a huge fan of lipbalms, both when I’m wearing make-up or no make-up. My favorite type of lipbalm is those that feel lightweight, moisturizing and make my lips feel soft.
L’Occitane Ultra Rich Lip Balm – This stuff is magical. It has a soft, buttery texture that immediately feels very nourishing. It makes my lips feel super soft and has a soft powdery type of scent.
The Body Shop Lip Juicers (review here) – These lip juicers have the most delicious scent of all the lipbalms that I’ve tried so far. These literally smell like a smoothie and there are plenty of choices with either a light tint or completely transparent. These feel nicely slippery and hydrating.
Kiehl’s Butterstick Lip Treatment (review here) -This product feels super buttery and slippery at the same time. It has a very natural cocoa type of scent and makes my lips feel very soft and nourished.
NARS Orgasm Afterglow Lip balm (review here) – I absolutely adore this lipbalm because of the subtle shimmer. It is a nicely hydrating and slippery lipbalm that gives a beautiful, glossy sheen.
Favorite Lipglosses – Lately, I’ve been a big fan of lipglosses. I love how plump and healthy they make my lips look. I like lipglosses that are super shiny without being sticky. I also like both high pigmented glosses and sheer ones.
NYX Professional Makeup Slip Tease Full Color Lip Lacquer (review here) – I think this product might be my favorite product of the entire year. I looooooooooooove the lip lacquers so much. These glosses are fully opaque, come in many beautiful shades and apply super easily. None of them that I’ve tried are patchy so if you’re looking for a fully opaque, ultra glossy product, you need to try these.
NYX Lip Lingerie Shimmer and Gloss – The brand has replaced their original glosses with these Lip Lingeries. I actually preferred their original glosses much more but these are beautiful as well. There’s a selection of sheer nude shades with your choice of finish. My favorites are the Shimmer and Gloss finishes. There’s also a Glitter finish but that’s not a personal favorite. These are quite thick but do not feel very sticky.
NARS Orgasm Lip Gloss – Like the Lip Balm version, this gloss has a beautiful, peachy pink shade with golden shimmers that Orgasm is known for. It is so flattering and it matches almost any make-up look that I like to wear. It has a slippery consistency with a beautiful, shimmery and glossy finish.
Favorite Cream and Liquid Lipsticks
Favorite Lipsticks – 2018 has been a shift for me when it comes to lip products. During regular days, I actually prefer wearing normal lipsticks in comparison to liquid lipsticks, which was a huge hit for me in the year before. I usually prefer opaque lipsticks with either a matte or creme finish, that isn’t drying.
Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick (review here) – These lipsticks have such a beautiful velvety matte finish and blurs the lips for a soft look. These are fully opaque and have a strong rose scent, which isn’t for everyone but I absolutely love it. I also think the packaging looks amazing and luxurious. My favorite shade is Sensualité
YSL Rouge Pur Couture The Slim Matte Lipstick (review here) – These lipsticks are comparable to the Lancôme ones, having a “leather-like” matte finish that is easy to apply and blurs out the lips. They are also very comfortable, do not bleed and are quite long-lasting.
Favorite Liquid Lipsticks – I don’t wear liquid lipstick as often as I did before, but I still of course have my favorites when it comes to their formula. I like liquid lipsticks that do not have a flat matte finish but still have a bit of “life” to them, which also usually means that they look less wrinkly and feel more comfortable. I don’t mind them transferring, comfort comes first.
Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipsticks (review here) – These liquid lipsticks actually feel nourishing when applied. I absolutely love the formula and scent. Not all of the shades perform perfectly but most of them are easy to apply, very comfortable to wear, smell amazingly like cake batter and are long lasting. My favorite shade is Trophy Wife.
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks (reviews here and here) – These lipsticks also feel nourishing when applied at first however, these do have a more flat matte finish and are slightly drying but has a beautiful shade range and are very long-lasting. The vanilla bean type of scent is also very yummy and great. My favorite shade is Aria.
Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipsticks (reviews here) – I think this brand is the most abundant in my liquid lipstick collection. Jeffree has a beautiful variety of shades available, from nudes to bold shades like yellow. These are however can be very different in consistency but most of the (nude) shades I’ve tried have a beautiful formula, easy to apply and comfortable to wear. My favorite shades are Androgyny and Celebrity Skin.
NARS Powermatte Lip Pigments (review here, here and here) – These liquid lipsticks have a very thin, almost ink like consistency, which might not be great if you have trouble with lipsticks bleeding into fine lines but this only happens during application. Otherwise when it has dried, the lipsticks feel so nourishing, has a beautiful scent and feel super comfortable throughout the day. My favorite shades are Get it On and Somebody to Love.
Nabla Dreamy Matte Liquid Lipsticks (swatches here) – So far, all the shades that I’ve tried so have a beautiful formula, feel comfortable and apply easily and even. It has the best consistency when it comes to performance. I think you will always get a winner no matter which shade you would try.
Favorite Hair Products
Favorite Hair Products – I’m super lazy when it comes to my hair. I really don’t use any hair styling products so basically, I just like to wash my hair using shampoo and a hair mask twice per week, comb my hair and let it air dry. To freshen up between the washes, I like to use dry shampoo that doesn’t leave a white cast.
Aquarius Hair Turban – I really love using this product to dry my hair instead of using a regular towel. It’s lightweight, has a nifty button to hold the turban in place and dries my hair quicker.
Tangle Teezer Compact Styler – My favorite brush for many years! It easily detangles my hair without any pain or a ton of breakage. The Compact Styler is also very easy to travel with.
Rock and Ruddle Hair Brush – These brushes has the most beautiful designs and detangles my hair easily without any pain. It is a bit rougher compared to the Tangle Teezer but it makes my hair look extremely shiny and healthy.
Maria Nila Dry Shampoo (review here) – I absolutely love using dry shampoos and this one is one of the best I’ve tried so far. It feels lightweight, doesn’t leave a white cast but what is most awesome is that it makes the roots a bit stiff, giving some extra volume to my hair. It also smells beautifully.
Keune Blend Refreshing Balm – This is a product comparable to dry shampoo, only in a solid form. I take a small amount and rub it in between my fingers before applying it on my scalp. It absorbs the oils like a dry shampoo and makes my hair feel stiff so I get a lot of volume as well using this product.
Sugar Bear Hair Vitamins (not shown in picture, review here) – I’ve used these vitamins for about three months. It was super easy to use and I feel like during the short period that I’ve used this, it made my hair look and feel much fuller. Even my hair dresser told me how much more volume and dense my hair looked so that was even more confirmation to me.
Favorite Nail Products
Favorite Nail Products – Even though my own nails are brittle and prone to breakage, I love to have some color on my nails. I basically like everything, from nudes to bold colors, a creme finish to over the top holo. It depends on the mood and how it catches my eye.
Born Pretty Store Nail Powders – These powders have changed my nail game. These need to be used in combination with gel nailpolish and it gives such a stunning finish that no other nail polish can do. They’re super easy to use and very affordable. My favorites are the duochrome, mermaid and chunky holographic powders.
Favorite Fragrances
Favorite Fragrances – I’m very picky when it comes to fragrances. For example, I think most of the perfumes, especially floral type of fragrances smell very generic and the same as a lot of perfumes. I like more warm (vanilla) and oriental type of fragrances but I also enjoy woody and leathery type of fragrances. A very important thing is that they have to smell more unique and more outspoken.
Frederic Malle Lipstick Rose Eau de Parfum – I mentioned the rosy scent that the Lancôme lipstick has, this is basically that scent in a perfume. The name of the fragrance is exactly what it is. The rosy type of scent that a lot of classic, luxury lipsticks have. I love to wear this on special occasions and during nighttime.
Kissing by Kilian Eau de Parfum (review here) – This is such a unique fragrance and something that I haven’t smelled before. To me, it starts off floral and changes in an amazing sweet, milky and warm scent. I have been wearing this daily ever since I’ve received it.
Yves Saint Laurent Manifesto L’Elixir Eau de Parfum – This perfume is exactly what I want in a fragrance, being oriental and warm. This perfume matches me so perfectly, that everytime I use it, people ask me what I’m wearing because everyone around me notices the scent and how beautiful it smells on me. It has been a favorite for years and I will continue to love it forever.
Favorite Collections
Favorite Collections – Not all the products mentioned in these collections are my favorite, but I love these because they make me feel happy and I love the idea of what came out like for example, the theme, the color story or the packaging. These collections were launched in the year 2018.
Urban Decay Naked Cherry Collection (review here) – I love anything cherry related, from the scent, taste to the shade so an entire collection based on Cherries is absolutely brilliant to me. Even though I enjoy the products, the individual product quality didn’t blow me away and aren’t favorites on their own but I definitely think that the entire collection is beautiful and cohesive.
OPI Peru Collection (review here) – This collection is basically made for me entirely, which is why I didn’t mention it at the Favorite Nail Products section, everything about this collection is absolutely amazing. I’m obsessed nude and mauve shades so to me this is the best collection that the brand has ever created.
NARS Holiday Collection 2018 – This collection was inspired by the punk/rock style of 70’s with studded packaging. Do I need to say more why I love this collection so much? Every piece of the collection is art to me and I really wish that I could afford to buy even more from the collection, but I’m already happy with all the products that I’ve received.
The Body Shop Face Mist Collection (review here) – These face mists are adorable. I love scented products and I love the idea of having different face mists for a range of preferences. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t notice any difference but I did like all of them!
Nabla Holiday Collection 2018 – Nabla was a new brand for me in 2018 and they’ve been perfect with every product that I’ve tried so far. The holiday collection is simply amazing, from packaging to the quality, I love everything that they’ve done for the collection and I’m so excited to support and see what the brand has to show us in the coming year.
