Zarkoperfume OUD’ISH Eau de Parfum Review

Oud is an essential oil of Agarwood, a luxurious material often used in the perfume industry. The scent of Oud is described as oriental-woody. The Zarkoperfume OUD’ISH Eau de Parfum is a uni-sex fragrance that includes notes of Oud, Indian Green Tea, Ambergris, and White Musk. The fragrance also includes the Cuddle Molecule, a molecule that actually induces happiness! I’m going to review the fragrance in today’s post.

Zarkoperfume is a niche perfume brand created by Zarko Ahlmann Pavlov. I’ve already reviewed one of their other fragrances, Zarkoperfume Purple Molécule 070 07 Eau de Parfum. You can find more details about the brand and the other fragrance here.

The packaging looks very clean and minimalistic, a white container with gold details. The bottle also looks very timeless, clean and feels very sturdy and expensive, containing 100 mL of product. The liquid inside the bottle is completely clear.

The Zarkoperfume OUD’ISH Eau de Parfum is described as a Danish experience for the nose: a scent of dense, Scandinavian forests that mingles with a sea breeze on the coasts with notes of Oud, Indian Green Tea, Ambergris, and White Musk.

Applying this perfume on my skin, I can immediately notice all the notes described. Oud stands out most to me, with the underlying sweetness of the Indian Green Tea combined with the beautiful warmth and earthiness of Ambergris. The scent is very long-lasting on my skin, noticeable for the entire day.

What I really like about this perfume is that it smells light and clean. Most fragrances that contain Oud are very heavy on me, but this one is just so light, warm and happy. I would categorize the perfume as day-time and perfect for the Fall and Winter Season. I also definitely see this being a uni-sex fragrance. It isn’t too heavy for women and not too sweet for men. You should definitely check out this fragrance in store if you love Oud notes, earthy/woody and warm scents.
