View PostSurprise! In celebration of Urban Decay returning to the Netherlands, I’m giving away my favorite Eye Pencil, the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencil in Zero. This pencil is amazing for the lashline and to use as a base. It really glides on very easily and the colour payoff is great. This stuff also doesn’t budge and stays on like no other. I use this pencil almost every day in my upper lashline to make it look more fuller.
