Gwen worked closely together with Urban Decayand personally oversaw the design of every single detail of this palette, from the casing to the shadows. View PostSurprise! In celebration of Urban Decay returning to the Netherlands, I’m giving away my favorite Eye Pencil, the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencil in Zero. This pencil is amazing for the lashline and to use as a base. It really glides on very easily and the colour payoff is great. This stuff also doesn’t budge and stays on like no other. I use this pencil almost every day in my upper lashline to make it look more fuller.

As of today, is available through the Ici Paris XL website and the Ici Paris XL Store and from the 25th of June in the Kalverstraat in Amsterdam. I have been a long fan of this amazing make-up brand because of the outstanding quality of their products. Therefore, I would like to show you one of my most favorite palettes of their brand, the Urban Decay Electric palette.
